Connected through our long-time work relationship we make a great team. Energetic and focused, we approach our projects with an open mind and bring our ideas to the table. Bringing stories to life with an ideal cast is our inspiration. Our work ethic is defined by transparent and honest communication, sprinkled with a sense of humour and calmness.

Being a culture and traveling enthusiast from an early age on, ANNA-ISABELLE SCHMIDT spent a year abroad in the USA during high school. After her graduation in Essen, she was in charge of the TuT (‘Theater unter Tage’) as a prop master at Schauspielhaus Bochum for a year; and was also a directing intern for the production of “Electronic City”. 
She then moved to Hamburg to work on set for the TV series “Girl friends” (Network Movie). Afterwards she studied German language and literature, English and Educational Science at the University of Paderborn and Birmingham, she successfully graduated in Münster with the second state examination. Still much into the world of film, while her studies she also worked for a Cologne Film production and was drawn to the University of Vienna to deepen her knowledge in theatre-, film- and media studies.
After University, she lived and worked in Sydney before returning to the film industry to Munich. There she worked as an assistant and children’s casting director at the Bavaria Fiction Casting Department from 2013 until 2020, where she oversaw several projects such as „Sturm der Liebe“, „Tatort“, „Liebe auf Persisch“ or „Das Geheimnis des Totenwaldes“, KIDS e.g. „Käthe & Ich“, „Ein Ferienhaus auf Teneriffa“, „Alle Nadeln an der Tanne“.

 

After graduating from the technical school for design in Augsburg ANNA KULZINGER spent a year in London and Northumberland before she successfully completed her studies of art and cultural history and German language and literature at the University of Augsburg.

Being a film, culture and music enthusiast she soon moved to Vienna, where she started working for Ulrich Seidl Film Production, supporting the team in productions like “Safari”, “Goodnight Mommy”, “Lillian” or “Wicked Games”.    

Back in Munich she worked as an assistant at the Bavaria Fiction Casting Department from 2016 until 2020, where she oversaw several projects such as “Das Boot”, “Inga Lindström”, “Väter Allein zu Haus”, “Dengler” or “Tatort”.
